Record Power C26 Plus - Universal Woodworking Machine - Review

At our recent woodworking event held at our Cardiff branch we were visited by representatives from Record Power. During the show they demonstrated some of their machinery. 

Third up is the C26 Plus Univeral Woodworker :

Peter Webb from Record Power demonstrated this machine to a crowd of enthusiasts at our Cardiff Branch. This machine has 3 class1 x 2hp motors and the machine has a planer thicknesser, circular saw, spindle moulder and sliding fence with swing arm. What impressed the enthusiasts the most was the planer thicknesser because of its tersa knife set up. This enables the user to quickly change blades once they are blunt by either reversing or replacing the blade in less than 4 minutes with no resetting involved.  This means reduced setting up times and more user time.  This an all round serious kit and a welcome addition to any workshop with limited space.
