When you make your first purchase with us you will be asked to register a username and password so you can access your details in the future. Use these details to log in each time you visit the site and take advantage of our advanced features.

Existing Data Trade Account Holders    

You can access all your Data trade account details online and benefit from any special pricing that has previously been set up for you. When you shop online you have the choice of paying by credit card or booking the order to your account. Please contact us and we will set your account up with your nominated username and password so you can log in to your account and begin shopping online.

Once you have logged in to the customer portal you will see the following menu. Below is a description of each section to help you familiarise yourself with our user menu. 

Here you can view your orders. You can see if your order has been completed or if the order is still in progress. Simply click 'Display Orders' to view any order you or your company has placed with us in the last 12 months. This will include every order you have placed online and, for existing trade account holders, phoned, faxed, emailed or collected at one of our branches or taken by our sales representatives. The orders are listed in date order. Orders placed during the day are updated online each night.

Every item you have bought can be seen quickly and in order of popularity. Here you can view every item that you have purchased by month or over the last 12 months displayed in order of popularity. If the item is in our online catalogue (more products added every day) you will see a description of the item and can use the quick look-up facility on the home page to find it. You can then add this to your basket, a great way to find and buy your most popular items.

A handy tool for your accounts department ! Your Data account statement is now online for your perusal. You are able to see how we have allocated your payments.

Every item in our online catalogue has an Add to Favourites button.Click any items you are interested in and save them in your wishlist section of our site. This means at your leisure you can view your favourites for discussion with our sales team at a later date or even buy on line once you have decided it's right for you.

User Settings 

Here you can change your personal password at your leisure. If your company has other authorised users who you would like to have access to your account we can create a unique username and password for them. Please give us a call or send an email to request a new user to be setup.
