Features

Saw Unit (Saw Frame)
The saw head is made of a heavy, torsion-free welded construction, manufactured as a modular type design with optimum ribbing to reduce vibrations. By employing the latest constructional technology and manufacturing methods, an extremely quiet running without vibrations obtained. This means shorter cutting times and longer band life.

Inclined saw head
Cutting through with a saw band which rises towards the material guide edge and in cutting direction. This reduces formation of burr if the feed speed is increased by reduction of the length of cutting through. This means cut-off pieces with little burr and shorter cutting times. In the same time, the saw band is saved.

Saw band Guide
Lateral guiding is effected by means of mechanically pre-tensioned carbide guides. The guide plates are lifted away to allow rapid saw band change. Back guide by means of wear resisting rollers.

Saw band Tension
Infinitely variable by lease, with mechanical limitation of tensioning force.

Cleaning of Saw band
By means of a brush which is synchronised with the cutting speed, precise adjustment by set screw.

Material Clamping on Machine Vice
precise material clamping by means of a manually actuated horizontal vice, infinitely adjustable from 0 to 45°.
For the cutting of short remnant pieces, the clamping jaws can be additionally fixed with index bolts at mitre cut positions 0, 15, 30 and 45°.

Chip Collecting Plate
The machine is equipped with a removable chip collecting plate.

Coolant tank
The machine base is the coolant tank too.
Volume of coolant tank: max. 35 l, pump capacity: 16 l/min.
Coolant supply through one nozzle at the band guides with control valve as well as through one coolant hose.

Feed Control
The cutting feed is infinitely adjustable by means of a precision throttle to enable the universal cutting of profiles and solid material.
