This mobile chassis is used in conjunction with the GI75 belt grinding unit

The GIM grinding module is always employed when the workpiece cannot be transported without a major effort. The belt grinder then turns into a mobile grinding unit - and can then be put to work on site, for example in ship construction. Weld seams on the floor can be polished in passing - without fatigue; without bending over and with a great deal of time saved compared to alternative methods.
