This cordless drill in the Milwaukee Compact Technology Series (C Series) is designed with an ideal combination of performance, weight and handling. The Milwaukee C18 DD drill/screwdriver - a genuine all-rounder - proves this emphatically. Thanks to its 18 Volt Lithium-Ion battery with 1.5 Ah, the Milwaukee C18 DD combines the power of the Milwaukee V Series with ease of handling and the light weight of the C Series. It weighs only 1.8 kg with the battery.

The heavy-duty motor of the Milwaukee C18 DD has two speed settings. The maximum drilling capacity is 32 mm in wood and 13 mm in metal. The compact 20-centimetre-long casing also ensures that the performance of the Milwaukee C18 DD can also be used to the full in difficult-to-reach places.

Craftsmen also appreciate the Milwaukee C Series, in particular, on account of the simple and practical handling of the machines. For example, the 13 mm single sleeve chuck of the Milwaukee C18 DD permits one-handed changing of drill and screwing bits without any tools.

The Milwaukee C18 DD can be used for many different purposes. Whether for drilling and screwing tasks in wood or metal, the high-torque drill/screwdriver can be used anywhere. Using a special attachment, it is possible to drill holes for pipe ducts in ceilings and walls. An extensive range of bit attachments such as flat bits, cable bits, auger bits or selfeed bits mean that the Milwaukee C18 DD can be used for a large number of applications. The standard equipment of the drill/screwdriver includes two batteries, a charger and a case.

An LED situated above the handle enables the user to work precisely even in poor lighting conditions or perform additional tasks in already existing drill holes. If both hands are needed to make marks, the Milwaukee C18 DD can be simply hung on the user's belt with the snap hook attached to the handle. The drill/screwdriver is then ready for use again straightaway and the craftsman can continue working.
The battery of the Milwaukee C18 DD also has some well thought-out characteristics. A display permanently shows the actual charging level of the battery. With a charging time of just 30 minutes, the electronics protect the battery against overcharging. The battery also has a non-slip surface which stabilises the drill/screwdriver when lying or standing.
